Our Return and Exchange Policies

Not just great bras, great service too

Believe us, we know how hard it is to find a comfortable, well-fitting bra. We also know that shopping for a bra online isn’t the easiest thing to do. We believe that the Zee Bra! is the bra you’ve been looking for and we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. However, if you’re not we’ll gladly accept the Zee Bra! back within 30 days of when you receive the bra for a return or an exchange.

Just email us at orders@thezeebra.com and let us know if you’d like to exchange the bra for another size/color or if you’d like to return the bra for your money back (minus the original shipping charge). The bras that you send back to us for a return or exchange must be in clean and unworn condition with all of the tags still attached. If you wouldn’t mind, let us know why you’re returning/exchanging the bra so we can continually make our products better.

We’ll send you a return authorization number and provide you an address to ship your return/exchange. Please mark the package with this return authorization number. We’ll do our very best to get your replacement out or credit the money back to your method of payment the same day we receive the return.
